Server Parts operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and supplies IT hardware and server equipment globally.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in original condition
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories
Proof of purchase or order number is required
Products must not be physically damaged or modified
Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
Clearance or discounted items
Custom-configured or special-order hardware
Software licenses or digital products

Open box
Product condition will always be clearly described on the product page.
Warranty information, if applicable, will be mentioned in the product description.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
