Delivery Tariff

We offer free delivery on all orders above AED 500.
For orders below AED 500, a standard delivery fee of AED 50 will be applied.

Delivery Timeframe

We process and ship orders within the delivery timeline indicated on each product page.
Please note:

Business days only (Monday–Thursday & Saturday) are counted as processing and delivery days.

Fridays and public holidays are considered non-working days.

Server parts marked “In Stock” will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 4 PM.

Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on availability.

Stock Status
In Stock

Products labeled “In Stock” are typically delivered within 2–3 business days to locations covered by standard courier services.

Pre-Order

Items listed as “Pre-order” are upcoming or temporarily unavailable products with an expected release or restock within 2–7 business days (or as specified on the product page).
Our team will contact you directly to confirm estimated delivery dates for these items.

Customers can place orders for our server parts from anywhere in the world.

For orders within the UAE, we accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bank Transfer

For orders outside the UAE, payment must be made via Bank Transfer prior to dispatch.

Before placing an order for international deliveries, please verify that your selected shipping provider accepts server parts shipments from the UAE to your destination.
